Parents

Education is a shared venture: we believe having good relationships with parents and carers is vital for successfully helping our students to reach their full potential.

Whilst the COVID19 pandemic has had very many negative impacts, a positive one has been the fact that our schools have forged new partnerships with parents as we have shared more closely than ever before the responsibility for educating their children.

Our communication with families is stronger than ever and our use of digital technologies for learning, meetings and communication has leapt forward.  We know that for many of our children, ownership of their own learning has developed during this time.  Our learners are much more independent than ever before.

Each of our primary schools has its own PTA which supports their work, connects families socially with events and helps to fundraise for those school projects that fall outside the school budget.
